The V-block project is a fundamental tool-making exercise for Fitter students. V-blocks are precision metalworking tools used to hold cylindrical objects securely for tasks such as drilling or milling. The "V" shaped groove allows easy clamping of round jobs, ensuring stability during operations. In this project, students learn to accurately file, grind, and assemble the block, focusing on precision, alignment, and finishing, which are crucial skills for machine fitting and tool-making
Three Phase connection
A three-phase connection project is a key learning exercise for Electrician students. In this project, students learn to wire and connect a three-phase electrical system, commonly used in industrial and commercial settings. They gain practical experience in setting up connections for motors, transformers, and other high-power equipment. The project emphasizes safety, proper voltage distribution, and load balancing to ensure efficient and stable power delivery.
